Bad rides gone good...

I went out for a 2-3 hour easy paced ride today on my fixed gear. I started out from my place and headed towards pine brook and then over towards pompton plains. As I left my place it was snowing pretty hard and it didn't start to let up for a while. About an hour and a half into the ride the snow finally subsided. The whole time it was snowing I was debating about shortening my route but just hoping the weather would shape up and make it a nice ride. Well what do you know I got my wish. Once it stopped it was cloudy and nasty but the last 45 minutes or so it was actually pleasant(still cold) with the sun coming out and everything. I was hating the ride at the start just wanting to get the workout in and then it got nice and I actually enjoyed what's usually the most misearable part of the ride. Good day...

It could have been bad. I was waiting for the snow to stick more and then the roads to ice over. That would have been bad.
