If you're looking for a really cheap backup light for your bike, I can report that this $6 handlebar mount light is not a total piece of crap - which I fully expected it to be.
Runs on 4 AAA batteries and will give you almost 2 hours on a set of new alkelines. It's surprisingly bright and will definitely get you out of the woods if your primary light fails for whatever reason. The bar mount is pretty rugged and works on both 25.4 and 31.8" bars. I wouldn't recommend it as your main light, but a decent 2nd or backup light.
