A dog I know needs help (its not my dog).
Someone I know has a 3 yr old male pitbull.
He has been neutered but was snipped at about 2 or 2 1/2 yrs old.
He has started getting aggressive and has "gone after" the woman of the house twice.
She has 2 young kids in the home, but so far he has shown no aggression to the kids.
She can no longer manage him and is starting to be afraid of him.
She does not want to put him in a rescue/shelter as she knows he will most likely be destroyed.
But she also realizes the potential danger to her and her kids.
He needs someone experienced in this type of dog and this type of problem.
He's a beautiful dog but needs a good trainer and lots of time to teach him to behave again.
Anyone here interested in him?

best to bring him to a pibull specialty rescue/shelter with good background
they know how to make sure he gets the proper care he needs
good luck with the little fellow

I have contacted a few with no response back yet. I know nothing about the ones I contacted.. I just did a google search for pitbull rescue. hoping we can get him placed soon.

Trenton has a pitbull rescue that uses fosters. I worked with a couple of people at the West Trenton Animal Hospital that were volunteers, but can't remember the name of the rescue org. Maybe you could try calling the hospital and seeing if anyone knows?
