Allaire question

What is Allaire like after it rains? Looks like another big storm coming in tomorrow, so I am thinking about riding Allaire on Sunday.

Does is drain quickly? How muddy?

The sandy soild drains well. It is actually best after some rain.

...the one exception

The river trail is NOT sandy and literally goes underwater when we get substantial rain. It drains pretty quickly still, but not nearly as fast as the rest of the place. There is a doubletrack that is blazed "blue" and runs through the blue, white, and orange trails. It will definitely have some big puddles, but there are trails around the water.
