Hopefully there weren't too many attempting to ride thru that this weekend. That's just irresponsible. Get a road bike and deal with the wind and cold if you have to

We went to Mercer instead after seeing the photos. Very ride-able but on that back trail past the rowing center a lot of trees and branches across the trail. Had to stop may times to carry bikes over or move stuff off the trail.

Yup, Beach was a good option today. Group of 5 Fatties rode Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet.

Ranger only said no riding on the beach (for the birds) so we took the bike path down to the entrance then hit the beach and rode to Manasquan Inlet, then the bike path west to home. Rode a “downwinder” and drove back to get the truck and caught a great Sandy Hook sunset.

I've been hearing its getting better. Drying and folks have been out clearing the smaller stuff but still many downed trees. Be careful and report back if you get out please

Any chance that Allaire is rideable on Sunday? I know it drains pretty well but not sure if it is getting rained on today.

It was fine yesterday when I was there, didn't get any significant rain since, so it should be good.
