On Sunday evening, my wife scalped our car of bike and bike rack while going to a drive through window, causing almost $6000 damage to bike, yakima roof rack and car.
Approx. 2 weeks earleir, I puchased the yakima system through www.ageebike.com. The sales rep, Jay, was great, and the price was right. I spoke to Jay yesterday, explained the situation, and agee's really came through in helping me replace the rack.
