6 Mile Run Conditions

Sleet/snow/rain mix. The snow has a heavy crunchy layer on top. Probably will weigh 50 pounds a shovel full to clear my driveway.

It'll probably need a good freeze based on the condition of my front yard- I live 5 min away. Early AM would be perfect.

If anyone is out on the trail they need to know that they are a straight up Asshole.

There is no reason to be riding at 6mr between now and tues.

I'm pretty sure I got the last good ride here for a while. I hit it early this morning before the melt and had crunchy snow goodness. By the time I finished up around 10:30, the slush apocalypse was fast approaching, and its not going to dip below freezing for the rest of the weekend. Time to stay away until it gets cold again.

Absolutely not. The only time to ride 6MR is in deep freeze. Riding here on Sunday will be damaging. Go to Ailaire.

think you went for the hat trick...

what type of tires and what pressure are best when it is this muddy?

Ailaire was so awesome, did 4 hours. heading back there in the morning.

A little soft in places, but nothing stuck to the bikes.
