I just got my boy a charge cooker 24 fat bike. It was like love at first sight when he saw it. I tried pushing him toward a specialized riprock but he wouldn't budge. The thing is a tank. He does very well but I would like to shave a few pounds off. What are some budget recommendations or anybody have any diet parts that will fit sitting around. He's got a good bmx background but before getting to deep wanted to see his love for the woods

Usually the seat post, handle bars and stem on kids bikes are all steel. Easy way to drop some weight going to aluminum or carbon. Also make sure the crank length is appropriate for his inseam.

I had same problem as you about a diet and i wanted to have really nice muscles and i used a lot of different product which could help my muscles to grow. Once i met really good trainer and now practicing more and using SARM's . I started to use it some time ago. And i see the results even not. Defently i like it.This product don't have any side effects and it's amazing. My muscle are growing moderately and this what i was looking for. So if you are interested you may find more information here stoneathleticmedicine.com
