@Patrick how do you order plants

My lovely wife takes care of that part.
Makes a general list, looks at last year's specific list, with notes about what worked and what didn't.
Looks for new and interesting things to add.
Goes on internet to Cross Country and clicks away here https://www.chileplants.com/
It is very local to us. They will ship, or do pick-up.
Mixed quality last year with new owners - but giving them another shot.

Unless you mean ordering them to produce more

Nope way too early I need to start at least 2 or 3 weeks latter than last year too. Looking for far more variety In. What I plant this year as well

Planted new asparagus crowns yesterday. The previous ones were 25 years old and not properly tended.
Time to get the figs out of the barn, and unwrap the in-ground one. Pears are going to bloom in the next couple days.
radishes and lettuce going in soon. Ordered tomato plants from somewhere.....
