How tall of a rider, what's the tallest you'd guess this would work for?

This bike was for my wife and she is 5'-4". I have jumped on it when one of my bikes was in repair and it was ok for me at 5'-8", but it was a squeeze and I had to put on a longer stem. I would say anywhere from 5'-2" to 5'-6" would comfortably fit on it.

If we add water will the bike grow to fit someone 6’2”. 😢
