That is a perfect fit for you. I am 6-2 and can squeeze onto a 56 if I had too!

The 5-9/10 range usually sits between a 54 & 56. I am 5-11 and ride a 56. But people my size or slightly smaller often go with the 54. Depends how it's setup and how you are built I think.

at 31 I'm a little short on arms and legs, 56 bikes never fit me, I'm a solid 54
unless you have ape-ish arms, you may feel stretched out

decent price and well kept, give it a spin if you are nearby
