Selling a single lock which will lock your 1Up bike rack to the hitch of your vehicle. Added accessory that is sold on their website for added theft deterrent.

Could this be for locking the wheel to the rack?
I don't think my 1up rack has a hole in the bar that goes into the receiver. Maybe newer racks do.

later versions of the 1UP rack has a pass thru hole on the shaft to allow a hitch lock.

It is not a wheel lock for bike in the rack.
