    WARM UP!!!

    i notice the first 15-20 min of any ride are pretty tough for me....being an athlete my whole life i know this is due to lack of any warm up....im a pretty big advocate of stretching so i get that in....what are some good ways to warm up for a bike ride? any tips are greatly appreciated thank you

    MOOORRRRE POOOOWEEERR!!!

    Wasn't sure what thread to post this in...anyway...driving west on 80 somwhere between exit 30 and 28 you see power lines on the east bound side and what appears to be trails running underneath them....is this so? a good place to meet up with them?? does anyone ride them??

    man first time i rode in yeeears...just got a bike a few weeks ago....nothing new but def good enough to keep up...i live in flanders and there are some trails up here behind oakwood village i guess its veterans park...i don't know what the difficulty level is or what but it was awesome ....see...
