I recently replaced the big ring with a Rock Ring Bash guard. I have a 3 speed front derailleur and I was told there is a way to adjust it so it only shifts between the low and medium and wont go to the high. How do I do that? If anyone would be to explain it to me I would greatly appreciate it.
