Sounds like you left the Jungle Habitat property and might have been on the Hewitt-Butler Trail. BTW, I believe it's designated "hiking only". :)

Sharon....I think I remember from previous posts that you are a runner in addition to a cyclist. Did you strain your calf running or riding? Does it bother you during both of these activities....or just one of them? If say, only running aggravates it, perhaps you can try taking maybe 4-6...

Big turn-out Turned out to be a really great day. Had to be well over 50 riders roaming the park. There was over 20 just in the group I was with at the time I took this shot...and we ran into many more throughout the ride. It was nice seeing both old and new faces. Happy Thanksgiving. Tony
