Any bike shop people out there have two extra badges for demo east to help out SOYuRIDE?
We want to go on Friday when distributors are still there but its too late to get badges, and the distributors are gone for Saturday.

So I just got back from vaca & this happened to be going on a couple towns over from where we stayed. WE were told the course was 200KM. It rained all day, and snowed at the higher elevations! Something like 1400 entrants. Hardcore....

I am posting this because I was lucky enough to get to know Brian some over the past few years, and I know he would appreciate it. I have a feeling that there are other people on here who have crossed paths with him, and are better people for it having happened.

So yesterday with the rain all the vines & stickers & the like were hanging out into the trail....so of course I just went blasting through, with things raking across my arms & legs all day long.

I got out of work early due to the holiday...had an awesome ride, and almost all of us have a nice long weekend. We will drink beer, eat burgers & dogs, and hang out with friends & family.
I think its appropriate to take a minute to remind ourselves what this holiday is really supposed to be...
So with spring comes the annual parade of new trail riders with no helmet. Saw a couple yesterday & so Tom & I gave the lecture in a friendly way :D
