I live in Franklin Lakes. Not far from you (Oakland). I go to Town Cycle as well and ride a ton @ Ringwood, High Mtn, Ramapo, etc. If you go see Mike at Town Cycle he'll steer you right. Good luck and see you on the trails.

I ride High Mtn all the time. 5 min from my house. Have yet to see these "new" trails. Where exactly are they? Do they come off the Yellow trail on the way up to the summit? If so, approximately where? I usually start at the trail head parking lot and ride Red>Yellow>White>Red or the reverse.

Are you guys talking about the bike shop in Wyckoff, next to the frame shop? If so I had no idea they work on/sell mtn bikes. Seems like a family bike shop with a few road bikes. Are we talking about the same place???

AS...after memorial day they won't let you into the park to get to lot C until 8am or so. FYI. They'll also clip ya for a 5 spot to park :)

I went out and rode a little at Ringwood on Sunday. That place is massive! I'm planning on checking out Ramapo this Sunday and had a few questions. I usually park at the upper lot on Skyline Dr for hiking. If I was going to park there to ride, what's the best trail/loop to hit from there...
