My gf and i are planning a trip to raystown pa the week of may 10th. This will be our first time riding this trail system. Im just wondering what are the best places to stay there? We kind of wanted to stay in a cabin or cottage type place. Should i bring my hard tail or my all mountain bike...

Im just wondering what will help before a ride, during a ride and after a ride. I basiclly have gone from not riding a bicycle for 8 or 9 years to riding at least 5 or 6 times a week. For a period of 1 to 2 hours. Everytime i go ride the first half hour or so my body fights me to not wanna go...

The 09 GT Avalanche 1.0 i bought comes stock with 26x2.1 Kenda Nevegal tires. I really like it on the front but no so much on the rear. Doesnt do well at all in the sand/ steeper uphill climbs. Wondering what would be a better choice for an all around tire out back. Only other problem i see is...
