Much obliged. I did like the flow of what I thought the trail route was over the big rock switchbacks, kind of like a more aggressive Rollie Pollie. The alternative is to just treat the whole top area like a skills park, which inevitably leads to people "improving" approaches to things.

There are remnants of many of the old marks. Some are faded out, and others are too far apart to indicate which is next on a line vs. visible from a parallel section.

Could someone who knows Lumpy well bring in a can of spray paint and drop some fresh breadcrumbs? I was up there yesterday, and spent a fair bit of time circling on foot trying to figure out where the trial was supposed to go. Enough people have missed turns or shorted across close sections...

I went on foot today to scope things out, and was surprised at how dry/drained it was; at least on the higher elevations. Things must have been pretty dry under all the ice.
