Yeah the knats where annoying today The suggestion to just ride faster rings true - the knats were absolutely an incentive to get out of the saddle and crest the hill as quickly as possible ;)

It’s going on my vintage road bike . I have a REALLY old brooks on there but the front fell off and it’s really unusable now (as my taint will attest from my ride today). I never should have bought the one on there - sometimes vintage is beyond its usable life ;) A nice modern usable brooks...

I have 3 bikes and this would be my third brooks saddle: 1 for each bike ;) Yes I find them very comfy . They conform to your taint ;)
