    That struggle is very real its hard to hold back on wanting to do more knowing you need more fuel to aid in recovery and avoid Injury. You will keep most of the strength so don't worry too much about that part. depending on the lift some of it isn't that you have more muscle its more overall...

    167.7 down 2.2 from last week and 8.8 over 4 weeks. Took 2 days off dieting this week and ate around maintenance or slighly above the one day. Most of this loss happened the week prior but it spiked up on weigh in day last week.
