joined. typically evening, weekday zwifter now through early spring. after getting reacclimated to zwift, and ramp test, my go to has been the 12-week build me up plan, but i'm game to do whatever it takes to make the time pass by faster.

Currently running 700x35 vittoria terreno dry tubeless tnt tires. "fish scale" center tread with side knobs. Have a 700x38 to thrown on the front next tire change. Ride mostly tow path and road with an occasional six mile loop thrown in for fun. typically ride 35-psi.

Looked into this once. Thought the workaround was another another app (don’t recall the name) to broadcast he from the phone or tablet to zwift companion app. Broadcasting hr from garmin watch works, however the optical sensor always seems to lock onto the cadence until the heart gets pumping.
