I typically run 11-11.5. These go right up to my toes so its a no go. My feet run a little wide, but I didn't feel too uncomfortable in these. Can't tell you more beyond that, I don't ride clipless so I haven't tried these on a bike.

Trails were GREAT today.

It was a blast!! I was part of the group yesterday (not one of the walking wounded though). Downhill is a ton of fun! But I think next time I might get a DH bike rental instead of subjecting poor midnight to scorching brakes lol. Hopefully our buddy Pete mends up soon.
