I did a drive by to the Marina....the walkway to the gazebo is partially underwater...hoping things aren't too bad in the Van Nest....still recovering from bike accident at Six...but I did get a little single track medicine at Mercer this past weekend.

5/1/21 Six crash update: I actually rode the recumbent bike in PT for all of 8 minutes per session three times. Doc took it away as he felt that we needed to dial the PT back a bit. Now trying to get an answer from doc as to whether or not I am good to go back on the recumbent or upright bike...

I can’t say thanks enough to those who helped me and my boyfriend after I crashed in the woods today. I am safe at home; my calf is in a splint; and I have fractured my ankle in three places. Surgery is on Wednesday. Thanks to all who helped prop me on my bike and roll me out of the woods...

Heads up....large tree down blocking red trail behind tennis courts, it is right before uphill slalom and impacts both trailheads. Recent fall. Be careful of those widowmakers.

Big trees down red/orange from West Parking lot entrance after immediately after powerlines and by Deer Killer stump. Just to give you all a heads up to the damage from the storms today. Didn't get the opportunity to peruse the Van Nest Wildlife Refuge trails today.

Rode yesterday from West Parking Lot to Van Nest and back, conditions are good. Be alert for PSEG work in the vicinity of West Parking lot....they may be stringing wires as they were doing that yesterday on the other side of the lake.

Will be on my new ride to check it out....and possibly hang something!
