    Best App for Offline Navigation?

A garmin/wahoo is definitely in my near future. I’m going on a trip soon and was sent Strava routes to follow- so yes, audio or video prompts would be ideal. At the very least it’d be nice to download the route and have it highlighted and simply follow it visually.

    Best App for Offline Navigation?

Does anyone recommend an app for IOS that can give me turn by turn directions without using data? From what I understand I cannot follow a Strava route without burning data. Since I don’t have unlimited, I’m looking for an alternative. Thanks

    Allaire Conditions

Rain in the forecast all day today and some of Friday. With Saturday conditions being sunny and windy, is Allaire a safe bet Sunday afternoon?

    Wharton Conditions

Seems to be the case for many trail systems throughout NJ...bummer! Will definitely stay out of Wharton for a while, thanks for the heads up

    Wharton Conditions

Looking to ride Wharton this weekend for the first time. The weather looks promising...will Wharton be dry/rideable by this weekend? If so, I plan to start at Batsto and ride the Orange Loop that I found on TrailForks. Is the trail system marked/easy to follow? Any additional...

    Something like this maybe?

    6 Mile Run Conditions

Exactly. We are not advocating to chastise others, but to simply make them aware of the implications certain actions may/can have. I've never once blew by a rider in any lot at any park and yelled, "dont ride muddy trails (insert cuss word here)"- that to me is chastising them. Nothing is...

    Seat Cover Recommendations

hmmm, I like that! I don't think it's exactly what I'm lookin for though- I'm after a long term, set and forget kind of deal

    Seat Cover Recommendations

Looking to preserve my seats from the dirt/grime/mud/etc that comes with mtb and outdoor activities. I want something that's quality and custom fit so there's none of that bunching up and sliding around crap. I've read into Wet Okole, CoverKing, and Marathon to name a few...yet read both very...

    Baldpate Conditions

Anyone ride here recently? How is the overgrowth on the trails...manageable? Also, concerning the sign in the last post, am I safe to ride here with an orange jersey? lol

    Six Mile or Mercer

Six Mile is the preferred between the two. Park at the lot off of Route 27. Ride Red to Orange. After Orange, hop back onto Red. Ride Red to White (ends up at Jacques Parking Lot). Continue on Red until you hit a "Y" in the trail, bare left onto unmarked trail, exit onto Canal Road. Make a...

NJ Mountain Bike Festival 2018 Edition

Thank you! Do you know if I load them into the Trailforks app, do I need cellular data to follow the route?

NJ Mountain Bike Festival 2018 Edition

I'll be off on a group ride in the morning, but if anyone wants to join me for a ride on our own in the afternoon, shoot me a pm. Looking for a good intermediate route. If you know your way around, perfect. If you don't, I'm always open for an adventure.

    XT vs. Sunrace Cassettes?

Currently running an XT M8000 cassette (11/42), 32 chainring up front and a KMC x11SL chain on my trail bike. Also using an XT M8000 rear derailleur. My chain and cassette have seen their day and need to be replaced. I've heard about the Sunrace cassette because it is a hair lighter/cheaper...
