Lock where you'd secure the bike to the arm is broke.. It was really cheap and could easily be replaced by calling thule direct.. besides that everything else is in perfect working order. I have keys so you can lock cables to car... Lists for 225.00 will sell for 75.00.. :popcorn:

I'm surprised there's no mention of this LBS. This shop has everything in it, and I was planning on using them to build my bike since they are only 5 mins away from where I live. Has anyone used there services for anything, and how was it??
