Check out Gore Mountain. It's a ski resort, but there's singletrack for bikes there. Just North of the Village of Lake George. Oh, and go to Oscar's for your smoke pork product needs......THE best!

I've been using a Bento box for my food.......easy to get to without reaching back diggin . It velcros to your top tube at the steerer. I also carry a Great Hammer of Doom!
