If anyone is asking. Maps show that the PBT received two to three inches of snow. The snow is heavy, leaving many pines bent. You’ll likely be better off riding the sand roads.

Thanks! Sounds like you have it covered. If you have a trail maintenance kit, and a pack large enough to mule-a-tool, bring that too. If you don't have a kit, someone can loan you a tool for the morning.

Bill went out early today, solo w/ saw on the PBT. He sent some pictures and said that he sawed out nine(!) blowdowns. Thank you to everyone on the maintenance crew today! Got a lot done. Will follow up with proper thanks and some more pictures tomorrow. (My hand is a cramped claw right now.)
