Do you watch on F1 TV? If so you can actually watch the entire race from any of the drivers' perspective if you want, but I'm not sure if you also hear all of their radio. I love hearing Yuki bitch on the radio for some reason.

I think that rebound adjuster is held in place by a 2mm hex bolt. Try inserting a long 2mm hex key down the middle and see if you can find the little bolt to tighten.
