Have had this old Chameleon for years & been thru many iterations…was bored & decided to turn it into a 69’r today w/ an old Surly Instigator fork I’ve had for eons. Still have to throw some brakes on & may just pull the gears & go SS. Probably wont ride it much…but might be fun once in awhile.

This is a new bike that I haven’t ridden yet… Finished the Invisiframe wrap, installed GX carbon cranks, Nukeproof pedals, stem & carbon bars, PNW grips. Just have to finish setting up the wheelset & suspension & it’ll be ready to go 😀
