I haven't been on in a while... but steadily watching the Giro and the XC MTB races. The men's stuff is good, but the women's races have been so much better.

    Indoor/Outdoor Winter 2018-2019

You've got plenty of time to recover before Sandy Hook... in fact, I'd argue that Sunday's miles were great training and should leave you in great shape for Saturday. If you're taking a week off, hoping to recover, you're actually just losing whatever fitness gains you're trying to make. IMO...

I don't know @DoubleD25 but he is from my town... on the other hand, I've spent many a mile with @pygmypony and I know that he's a beast, especially when it comes to the climbs. I think we'll have a serious race on hand.

Both the Garmin and Wahoo have this functionality but it differs a little bit depending on how you're making the routes. If done in Strava, then both basically work the same. With the Wahoo, a route designed using ridewithgps has some added functionality. I don't think the Wahoo plays well with...

I'd also recommend checking out the Wahoo Elemnt Bolt... it has all of the features of the 520, minus the color screen (which, IMO isn't a necessity and in some instances is a detriment)... it is also less expensive. The biggest different between the Wahoo and Garmin computers is the use of an...

    Indoor/Outdoor Winter 2018-2019

pretty stoked on my trainer ride this morning... I hadn't given the Alpe Du Zwift a good go since last May or June and looking at the numbers from my previous PR, I knew I could take some time off. I set a new PR by some 3 minutes or so and to top it off, I got lucky and won the LW Meilenstein...

Oh wow... You got on Jarvis Island. You really were an OG. I just missed Jarvis. I remember the blue AI riders all too well. Its crazy to think back to those times, there might have only been 40 or 50 riders on at a time back then, now you go on and there might be 4000.
