Saturday night 4th of July and the sky is ablaze between the huge moon and all of the neighbors lighting off fireworks! Best Independence day in a really long time!

We sat waiting for the show in Bolton Landing then behind the mountains surrounding lake george the moon peeked just above and rose over. Very special indeed. Lots of oooos and ahhhs.

Well, for me the best feeling is when you can walk and breathe the fresh air, look at people and mention something small but important in their behaviour.

Getting ready for tmw. Middle son finally gets his outdoor HS graduation ceremony tomorrow and parents can attend too in person.

the district allows caps to be decorated this year usually they don’t. My wife and her friend pitched in on this custom design they are hardcore scrapbookers and made this with a Vinyl cutting machine.

2lbs, started at 232, 7 weeks ago, 216 is the goal for friday,. need to get in some exercise over the next few days, and eat perfect. it was a tough weekend on the nutritional end. i see a few days of riding and hiking ahead of me, if i am getting to 216.
