Had to ride in the evening after work and a trip to the eye doctor. The stuff they use to dilate my eyes took forever to wear off today, but we got it done eventually. Bats were our mascots. One flew into both of us, but no rabies or vampire bites here.

15/31 - daily commute, 4+ rides...19 miles, 96 minutes...

make a quick pit stop home to grab my mule and run to the store...had to stock up for our trip to Kingdom Trails this week!

here's an ironic twist to my quest for 31/31...tomorrow at 7am we leave for Kingdom Trails...

the forecast for East Burke tomorrow looks less than perfect...so, i'll be aiming to get out at 430am for a quick rip around the hood to stay in the 31/31! wish me luck!

also - any of your KT regulars have any insight into how the trails hold up after a day of heavy rain? we are hoping to ride thursday and friday...
