I started with:
Gravel Bike with AXS Transmission
Epic Evo with AXS eagle
Epic Evo 8 with AXS eagle
I ended with
Gravel bike with AXS eagle
Epic Evo with AXS Transmission
Epic Evo 8 with AXS Transmission
This was my first time installing AXS Transmission. The first one took 20 minutes because I was using the video. The second one only took 5 minutes including cutting the chain. Much easier than I expected. And perfect shifts with no adjustments. Now I’ll just have to adjust to slower shifts while riding my mountain bikes.
yep, I did that when I had the XO Transmission on my Gravel bike. But in my experience it will shift 1 gear faster, but trying to blow through the whole cassette is still noticeably slow (Compared to Eagle AXS).It's still slower, but there's an update/option for non-ebike use. It sweeps the cassette faster.
I may have some, what do you need?Tires, spacers, chainring, tape, everything I need to throw this thing together is here.
Except for the banjo bolts. It's always something small and stupid that holds up a build for me.
Should be here just in time for the melt. Great.
I needed the 4 pot Shimano banjo bolts. Two came yesterday, so I should be good to go. Thank you so much for the offer, though!!!I may have some, what do you need?
Are these for the latest version M8200? I'm up to M8100 as I've switched to Magura lately...glad you're all set, I know the feeling of waiting for that $2.5 part, it's torture! I have the SLX M7120. And I am going to re-check which bolts are on my M8220s, I'm thinking it may be the shorter one with the hole instead of the channel. Are these for the latest version M8200? Mostly everything arrived today, albeit stupid late (UPS was down the block 3 separate times today before finally arriving at 7p!). Started stripping off stuff, ran into lack of proper toolage a couple of times, so the rear axle and freehub swap, as well as crank swap are gonna have to wait for those tools. On the parts front, the brakes are straight connection light duty hoses, so I had to order some BH59s with bangos to accommodate the SLX swap. Lastly, the tubeless tape and studded tires are yet to ship, so that's another hold up. I hope to have it all together this coming weekend, we shall see.

Color fade is weird. I went orange for accents, matches good on the top tube writing, and to an extent the downtube. But the fork has an eraser/orange color, and as you can see in the pics it shows up red in them. Might have to rethink the accents
EDIT- This is the review pic I based the orange on; here they match really well I feel.

So frustrating!!!!! I almost went Heyday too, but that Beargrease I got was a great deal. Here's hoping you're up and running soon!!!On the same boat with UPS right now. After delaying the shipping from yesterday to today, I saw two trucks passing by my house a couple of times and nothing. We're past 7 here and it was supposed to be delivered by 6 so I'm losing hope right now. I do hope they deliver tomorrow.
I'm also building a fat bike. Almost bought the Heyday but finally I went for a Corvus Akio (1.something). Waiting for the rims to come from China so they can start building the wheels. Luckily, we've been in the 40s and higher for almost a month and no snow close, so I'm not suffering that much, YET.
