Thursday plan was to grind away on the trainer.
Should have been a Zone 2 workout as I did the identical workout a week ago but today’s AVG HR was 138 not 128. 🤷♂️ I’ll chalk it up to legs being a little zapped from yesterday.
Trainer setup is dialed in after some charger cord rerouting
also nice to have the fans on a remote
