Car-spotting thread

So, what are the chances they could do anything with this? I was paid in full when I was hit, but always figured I'd just mentally add that amount when I sell it or trade it in. Obviously not looking for perfection. Been like this for over 2 years.

I think he'll get it presentable. And if you tell him you want 80% and not 100%, which might be 3 hours vs 6, it might be worth it. But unless you have a heated place he can work, he might want to wait until spring.

I had to check and make sure my truck was still outside in the parking lot.

That thing is super clean, especially for the mileage. Price seems a bit high, but who knows they might get it. I had a gas station attendant tell me the other week that I would be a fool if I ever sold this truck.

Yeah it's identical! CA prices I guess. Zero rust is worth more than low mileage and OCD ownership lol.

This is my neighbor across the street Dan.
We have nicknamed him Dumbass Dan.
Why you may ask? One example of Dans Dumbass-ness was when he was going up and down the block during COVID teaching himself how to ride a unicycle.

This afternoon in the middle of the snowstorm Dan came home with his low riding manual shift BRZ with sporty wheels and tires and tried to zip up his steep driveway. After getting stuck most of the way up he decided it was a good idea to rev it up and try to get all the way to the top. At which point the rear drive kicked to the side and his whole car slid off the edge of his driveway/wall and into the row of bushes where it’s now bottomed out.
