Can we keep the bullshit to other threads that are not trail conditions? It would be nice to have one sacred thing here.
 
Conditions are largely good. Minimal fording necessary down by the river, and minimal soft spots in much of the park. Some unavoidable stuff in Mick's, as usual when it is damp--cut it out and ride on.

Tomorrow should be excellent by mid-afternoon, and I suspect the [minimal] rain won't have much of an effect over the weekend.

Hello everyone,
Posting this a little late, but just found out from my friend.
On Sunday, 4/14, my buddy lost his Specialized Status, size 140, dark red/purple in color. He lost it on the drive home from Allaire where he took 195 back home to West Windsor.
If anyone knows anything, please let me know.

I saw some dude with an Evil Knievel helmet on so I chatted him up at Allaire on Sunday. He was super stoked about his new bike. He never rode before and said he bought it for $500. I became interested and scoped it out. I told him it was most likely stolen. He said he bought it from some rich family in Millstone. He was nice enough and very clueless. Anyway it was a dark purple and had GX Axs and some anodized parts on it. I think it also had Magura Brakes. This could be coincidence. OR?

Hello there,
Thanks, it sounds similar, but I'm not sure to be honest. My friends bike was a bone stock Status. It's a mullet with a 29" wheel up front and a 27.5" in the back. Full suspension though.
 
I'm pretty sure this is my friend's bike. Trying to get confirmation...
