The SRT-4 was fun, but my Dakota R/T was my playtoy. I toyed with that a lot and had it at the dragstrip at least once a month back in the day. I reworked a lot of the bolt on goodies as I didn't really want to get into the motor. By the end it was the quickest long block N/A in the country and then I strapped a 100 shot of nitrous on it. It was a blast. Then the tranny started to go and I knew it was going to take WAAAAAY too much $$$ to keep me happy playing with that so I sold it for the SRT-4. That was still playful but not as much fun as the Dakota. Now I'm in family mode, but I gotta tell you the Telluride is not a pig. I hope they come out with some performance mods for that as its big but it can move.
Here's the link to what it had done before I sold it:
Found some pics of my first car 1970 Lemans. The Goat hood was a friends, his 69 GTO was off the road so we bolted that bad boy onto my 350 2 barrel grocery getter.
