the sad part is especially in this COVID time some uneducated person might actually buy this bike and think it's a great deal.

Soo disappointed in you guys, wasting time on craiglist...FB groups is where it's at, sooo good!

I can only imagine the amount of engineering that went into finding the perfect spot for the cleats. I wonder if 3d modeling was involved in the process or just trial and error (most likely). So tempted, they're in my size I think...

darn its my size too but the price has one extra zero that creates a problem for the budget.... jeez.

Typically, but it's possible that extenuating circumstances led one/both parties to back out amicably. It doesn't happen every day, but suppose the purchaser knew the shop owner personally, and ran into medical problems, etc.

I know I've committed to large purchases before, but had to back out. I expect my deposit to be gone, but in most of those cases, the future relationship was worth more than the deposit.
