Water Company Trails Conditions

Hiked in from 518 and did the yellow loop. Got 5 trees with my handsaw and picked up debris. That loop is rideable. Not sure when I'll get the red loop.

If i were to go here on Thursday, will i be clear of anything like the above photo?
That post was from 2019
I rode road this morning in that area and tons of branches down, so would expect that on the trails. Expect heavy leaf cover, obviously. Water Co doesnt get enough traffic to pack the leaves down, so likely difficult to follow.

I know. Just wondering if it will be muddy like that on Thursday

I haven't been since August when I was stung by wasps (and landed in the ER). I am sure it's leafy and might be a challenge to see the trail. As for mud...the usual spots might be thick but have at it. Keep us posted!

I was there last week. It only had a few muddy spots and one tree down I had to crawl thru. The leafs actually weren't too bad- I think w/ the increase in hikers it's helping. I was there during a weekday morning and encountered a handful of hikers- something that would've never happened before.

Conditions were solid today. The red split close to the power lines was full wet, but blue coming back was good. Yellow was muddy (not fully wet) in the normal spot near the roller rocks, but the rest was good.
Trails were easy to follow with the amount of hikers packing the leaves down.

Noticed some new “cheater” stones on the rollers yesterday that made them easier.

Also noticed someone changed the last rock garden on yellow loop if going CCW before it reconnects with itself. Pic of Adam and Capers to show what it used to be. This was literally changed between when I rode yesterday and when I rode today.

Thanks Greg. For a minute I was like "who the hell is this? and how did they get a pic of me? Didn't realize it was you!

Haven't been in Water Co in over a month because iv'e been a Roadie D-Bag lately. Will have to drop In and see what's popping with the rogue shit...

as of today, this place is a disaster. Mud, ruts, and standing water.

Parked off 518 and large tree (needs chainsaw) at entrance on blue. Large tree at start of CCW yellow that will need a chainsaw. Tree on Afghan.

I bailed out onto 518 and never finished yellow. I'm sure red towards the powerlines is just as bad.
