That looks to be a Russian made Ural, or maybe the Chinese copy Chang Jiang.
Ural still imports into the USA. Its the same basic design that the Russian army used in WWII. I have a 2010 Ural Patrol T 2WD. I like to wear an Eisenhower jacket when I ride it.

Pre dinner ride barely caught a pic of this cool looking wagon I think the back half had wood panels but the road was a little busy so I didn’t swing back around. And my hall pass was only for an hour cause family was waiting for me so they could order dinner.
