It's called Fair "Hill" for a reason. Climbing in the park is always 100' per mile. There is some climbing, including a rocky climb. The down hill flowiness is worth it.

Sorry to have to say this, but Fair Hill and the Trailspinners have come to an agreement. With all the rain that has fallen this week, Fair Hill has suggested that we move the date of the race. The Fair Hill Classic will be held on Sunday, July 9th.

A few updates: Registration closes tomorrow night at 11:59pm. Get on it. All preregistered racers get a nifty shirt. Due to circumstances beyond our control, registration will be closing 40 minutes before the start of each race. Sorry about that. Blame the timing guy. There will be a kids race...

The course I made is around 8 miles with around 1100 ft of climbing. There's a longish climb up from the creek and there's a rocky climb with loose rocks that's very doable on a SS. Maybe 2 or 3 more shortish climbs thrown in there. I ride a 32x19. I think it's a fast course.

I have a 5 park tour I did. You could easily make it a 8 park ride by adding Redd Park, Iron Hill and Rittenhouse Park. https://connect.garmin.com/activity/95797004

I have two friends that live a stones throw from IH and they both said this is the toughest course ever for this race. Bring your climbing legs.

Polly Drumond plaza is your best bet. Free parking, bike shop, Dunkin Donuts, Irish Pub with good beer, Domino's and a really good Sandwich shop.

She was riding on the shoulder of the road. Makes you wonder what that 69 year old driver was doing at 9 am that caused her to drive on the shoulder. Church Rd. is a busy road because it links 73 with 206 & 541. This shit bothers me.
