Another vote for the Schwalbe G-One RS Pro as an all-around tire. I'm running 45's. I have a set of Schwalbe Bite & Ultrabite 650b x 2.0 that I run for the chunkier stuff. More rolling resistance for sure but they're super plush and the grip is amazing. They quickly became my favorites.
I did manage to sneak in a ride on Sunday at Sourland but there was a huge hiking group that pretty much took over the mountain while I was there. Still a fun ride and I did come across 2 other bikers, one was on a Yellow SC.
I'd love to hit some trails out here with you but I'll be in NJ 7/17-8/1. Look into riding the new Virginia Canyon trails in Idaho Springs if you have time. They're pretty amazing and only getting bigger and better. They're currently closed while the gondola is going in but ishould open again...
