There’s the Trailhead Beach’n Bike Gallery/Mala Compa MTB trail 30 minutes south of St. Augustine, http://www.trailheadbikes.com/visit-us. They’re open Thursday-Sunday. I’m sure they could recommend other trails in the area. Across the street is Captains BBQ, excellent food on the Matanzas River.

White Trail Rode the white trail late afternoon. Here's a picture of the tree located near the picnic table/bridge.

Rode the blue trail yesterday. The bridge at Blackwell Mills is very slippery so I took the road. Be careful!

Drove past on Blackwells Mills Rd. The bridge is sideways, clogged with debris and a large tree wedged over it. Saw a group of mountain bikers attempting to cross,

I used one several years ago. Once I trained myself to stay in the zone, pounds melted off my body.
