    I think he specifically talking about people coming in to rent bikes. I have rented bikes at various spots throughout the US and would say the avg cost is 75-$100. And like you mentioned, doesn't really matter if you want to get in a ride.

    I use Tiz for road races, it typically works, but you often have to refresh the feeds or feeds get blocked.
