Conditions were good at Deer Park. Some puddles that you can ride through easily, muddy patches but otherwise 90% of the trails were dry. We did Deer Path, Lakeside and short jaunts on unmarked connector trails.
Rode the White trail to the Blue and finished the loop on the Yellow trail. The trails were great but in some areas, the thorny vines were starting to encroach onto the trail, sometimes snagging you and drawing blood. All in all a great ride today.
Despite the relatively low ridership on a Sunday at SMR, 10 jerks is too many. All they had to do was take the advice to ride another day more graciously.
Can't believe how selfish and inconsiderate people are. I thought that mountain bikers were a tad nicer than the general populace. Guess that I'm sadly mistaken. I appreciate what you do JDog and thank you for your hard work on SMR.
