THere are a coupple good shops in the town of Lake Placid. Downhill as they said at Whiteface (AMAZING) and there is also an xc center at I believe Mt. Van Hovenberg.

Yeah all is good....havent been riding- kind of complicated as to why but I should be back out there in a month or so! How have you been?
