Day 26 for the dry January folks and last weekend of the month. But I’m gonna try to keep this rolling into February! Maybe a glass of wine for Valentine’s Day.

I was there on Friday on foot while the snow was falling. Some bikes and hikers had packed in the trails already. Conditions looked good for fat bikes. Same with Voorhees yesterday, but not sure how long that will last.

Six days in- sleep has been great and resting heart rate down. Last two years this has only been a “dry january” thing for me but would like to make it a bigger shift than that.
