I have thousands of miles on my fatty. I started out with rigid and converted to a fork and it was a great improvement! I highly recommend a fork even if you’re main use is snow riding.
I know Stephens very well. And could definitely offer advice on snow and mud routes. I’m actually planning on rallying some fat bikers together to pack a nice snow loop. If anyone wants in let me know.
Lol I’m not new. I just don’t post much. I probably ride more than 90% of the people on this site. I will be starting ride # 153 for the year in two hours.

It’s a through axle on a 2020 Trek slash. I would crank it as tight as I dared. ride a couple hundred yards and it would be loose again. I had to resort to zip typing the stock axle wrench in place to hold it.
I have a game camera I’m going to put up to watch one of the signs that are still up. Hopefully if someone decides to rip that one down it will catch a good picture and maybe we can reason / scare the moron.
