Thanks all. I have been running on the road with similar elevation change but really have to try the trail to make sure I can do it. If things ever dry out.

Anyone have experience on the run portion of this race. I have done lots of loops on my bike at Lewis Morris but never ran there. Is it the run super hilly? I have only been running on the road but would like to give this a try.
